OP&P uses naïve consumers as subjects. For each project, the relevant target group is defined. The consumers are not trained nor experts, but they represent the final target group.
The consumers are recruited from our own database which contains approximately 5000 consumers in the Utrecht region who like to share their taste experience with us. They vary in age between 4 and 75 years, compared to the general population they are slightly more interested in food and eating.
For each project, we select the required target group according to the specifications. Our call centre writes the recruitment scripts on the basis of the selection criteria and makes appointments for the test using the state-of-the-art EyeContact software.
